Product Description
This pretty little vintage Norwegian pin features the traditional Solje dangle design in sterling silver. Because of the size - 1", it is more likely to have been a child's gift for a christening, birthday or Christmas present.
The larger Solje pins were worn by adults. The pin is marked 830S on the back with an additional mark of a slanted D. It has an old style C clasp that is very secure and works well. I'm not sure who this Norwegian maker is. If you do, please email me to let me know.
