This fabulous cameo brooch would look just wonderful at the neck of a lacy blouse or dress. The brooch features a prong set hand carved shell cameo with a very high domed top.
The setting is an open work goldtone design and the pin is 1 1/8 x 1 3/8" with a 1/2" high top. Very lovely and left facing which is harder to find.
