This vintage necklace features a very fine gold chain and a lovely oval pendant with a hand carved genuine shell cameo. The setting is an openwork filigree style. The shell cameo is highly carved, oval in shape and light pink in color.
Size is 3/4 x 1 1/4" on an 18" chain. The chain is marked 14K, but the cameo setting is not marked.
