Product Description
This vintage brooch by Sarah Coventry features a cluster of red glass strawberries that look good enough to eat! The pin has two molded glass cabochons for the berries and clusters of red rhinestones for the buds. It is just lovely. The size of the pin is 1 7/8 x 2 1/4". It is marked Sarah Cov on the back.
This is a book piece. It is featured in Deborah Robinson's book called "Emmons and Sarah Coventry Jewelry Fashion Show" on page 103. Book value of the piece is $30-$40 depending on condition. The design is called "Strawberry Festival" and it is from 1967.
This example of the design has a bit of metal wear, so I have reduced it from my normal price.
