This lovely designer brooch is a book piece. It features a brushed gold-tone setting with two flower buds which end in dangling creamy faux pearls with filigree end caps. Size of the brooch is 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 ". This design is called "Pearly Buds" and is featured in Catherine S Dippo's book "Emmons Fashion Magic Jewelry" on page 43.
Emmons jewelry is made by the manufacturer of Sarah Coventry jewelry. Sarah Cov was jewelry named after the manufacturer's daughter and Emmons was jewelry named after his wife Caroline. The brooch is marked Emmons on the back. The brooch is from 1966.
