This pair of vintage earrings by Matisse features a lovely red, black and white enamel design on copper with four top loops of copper. The earrings have clip backs and are 1 1/4 x 3/4" in size.
The are signed Matisse on the back. The design is featured in the book called Copper Art Jewelry on page 97.
Gently used fine condition. Flaw: Minor surface scratches under the top layer of enamel. Barely visible on the second photo but mentioned for accuracy. The price is reduced because of this flaw.
