- To place an item in your shopping cart, just click the add to cart button found on each product page. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the my cart button at the top right of all pages. To proceed to check out, click on the checkout button in the top right corner. If you have any discount codes, you can enter them now. Choose your country and zip code from the drop downs and proceed through check out. You will receive a confirmation number of your order, and a follow up email with tracking information at shipping time.

Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, the destination of your order, and the shipping method that you select. Shipping quotes can be accessed from the my cart page once you have place an item into the cart. Your order must be received and your payment authorized by 11:00 am. EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping times are based on when your package leaves us. We strive to ship the same day as payment as long as this reaches us before 11:00 am. or the following day for payments received after 11:00 am.. The following are the post office suggested shipping times for US packages:

International shipping times vary depending on the type of shipment selected. Normal shipping times for first class mail international are 7-20 days, and 6- 10 days for priority mail international. Delays up to one month have been noted for some international packages in the past, so there is no guarantee as to when your package will be delivered if you live overseas, even though we ship the same day or following payment.

Exceptions to our delivery time frame:
- Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. We will not be held liabile nor refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay in shipment.
General Shipping Information
Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $250 or more for your protection. In the event that you are not at home when the package requires a signature, the carrier will leave a card for you to take to the post office to pick up and sign for your order.
APO/FPO and PO Boxes may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and will require additional time for delivery.

Your privacy is very important to us. In order to protect your privacy, we are providing this notice which outlines the way we gather information and how we use it.
Information we may collect from you:
- On some pages, you will be able to order products, or sign up for mailing lists. The types of personal information that we collect on these pages are: Your Name, address, email address and phone number. We Use this Information in the following way: we use the information you provide about yourself when you order only to fulfill that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in any ways unrelated to those described above.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. For this reason, we never collect information on our website from anyone that we actually know is under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under that age.

Should you wish to return an item that does not meet your expectations, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Please save all packaging and return the item in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. I will issue either a refund or a Merchandise credit, as you wish. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless an items has been misdescribed, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and delivery confirmation.

You must notify us within 48 hours, by email or telephone. This is necessary so that I can issue a return authorization number by email to you. NO refunds will be granted without this prior authorization. When payment is received with your order, it will be assumed that you have read this refund policy.

If your item is damaged in shipping to you: Do not return the item(s) to me until you contact me, since this will void the shipping insurance. Email me and outline the details of the damage. You must retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as they may be required by the insurer. I will file the claim for you, but will need a signed letter from you (not an email) which outlines the damage.
- Because we sell vintage jewelry, many of our products are unique single items and available in a quantity of one only. In the case that we have more than one available, the quantity will be shown on the product page. A product's availability can be determined on the product detail page by either the "Add to Cart" button (in-stock) or "Sold" message.
- The following forms of payments are accepted:
- Credit cards through paypal, money order, or cash (sent at your risk - certified mail suggested). Repeat customers may also request payment with a personal check.
- Promotion/Discount Codes: Enter the code exactly as it appears. Codes are case sensitive.
- Sales Tax: Residents of North Carolina will be charges and additional 7.75% sales tax.
- Purchases totaling above $200 are eligible for our layaway play. Layaways are for a total of 60 days. The total sale will be divided into three equal payments. (3) Your first payment is due within 10 days of ordering. The second and third payments can be scheduled as you wish them to be, but shall not exceed a total of 60 days from the date of the original sale. The order will ship when the final payment is made.
- If you would like to select the layaway plan, please email us, and I will set up the details. I will send you equal 1/3 invoices, either through paypal, or by email for other payment options. The first invoice will be immediately after the sale. The second and third invoice will be according to our agreed schedule.
- In the event that the purchase is not completely paid for, We will retain 1/2 (50%) of the payment which have already been made as restocking fees and product unavailability during the period of the layaway plan.
- We want you to be satisfied with the purchases that you make from us. Please ask all of your questions before you order. I provide detailed pictures of all the items that I offer, but it is impossible to show every detail in a photograph. I list sizes of items and describe general wear and appearance. Any usual wear is mentioned in my descriptions. Please do not hesitate to email me about any item that you are interested in. I'll be very happy to talk with you about my items.
